Watches Exchange & Return Policy

- Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

- The product must have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during delivery.

- The watch must be returned in its exact original condition as received, with all original components and packaging intact.

- The original protective film, wrapping, stickers, or seals on the watch must remain intact and must not have been removed or damaged.

- The watch strap must not have been cut, resized, modified, punched, or altered in any way.

- The watch must show no signs of wearing or use, including scratches, marks, friction, or damage to the watch, strap, buckle, or other components.

- The watch must be returned with all original accessories, parts, and packaging, including the original box, manuals, cards, and any other items supplied with the product.

- The original purchase invoice must be available when submitting an exchange or return request.

- We provide the warranty applicable to the watch movement according to the stated warranty terms. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or improper use, such as breakage, scratches, or damage caused by improper handling.

- Used or worn watches are not eligible for exchange or return and remain covered by the warranty according to its terms in the event of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty.

- Once a return or exchange request is approved, the customer is responsible for the shipping and delivery fees. The return or exchange process will be completed within 3–5 days.

- When submitting a return or exchange request, please record a clear video of the product and send it to our Customer Service team via WhatsApp at 51155139. The video will be reviewed to verify the current condition of the product and determine whether the request can be accepted.

- The store reserves the right to reject an exchange or return request if the product has been used or worn, the strap has been cut or modified, the original protective film/wrapping/stickers have been removed, or the product or its packaging has been damaged.

- The customer is responsible for any expectations regarding the use or features of the product that are not stated or explained in the product description on the website.
